MORNING BOAT RIDE TOUR INCLUDING PRIVATE YOGA ON GHAT IN VARANASI

 

You will be met with your guide and driver in the hotel lobby early in the morning and will be driven to the banks of the River Ganges. Start your day at variety of rituals sight called Ghats; we have more than 80 Ghats in Varanasi. Start moving towards Mother Ganges River to look Beautiful Sunrise. It is the only place of in Varanasi where the sun is received as much as celebration no where else on the earth, you will get a boat ride from Dashashwamedh Ghat to Harishchandra Ghat to Manikarnika Ghat to watch water activities done by Hindus, people taking dip in to the Holy river to wash their sins, collecting sacred water, performing Havana, yoga, Aarti, Ceremoney to evoke and greet every natural thing as their God. The whole atmosphere is serene and calm as you go past the ghats (riverside steps) of the river.

 

After the Boat Ride, you will be introduced to your yoga instructor on Ghat. After being introduced to the instructor, the instructor will start addressing the benefits, history, and poses of yoga. Doing yoga every day can help you have better athletic performance and have better mental health. Allow yourself to submerge in the experience of yoga and continue for an hour. This one hour has the potential to help you with sleeping problems and cardio and circulatory health if practised daily. Feel free to ask questions to the trainer/instructor and acquire significant benefits. Once you are done with the Yoga, you will be dropped at your hotel.
